Frank Ugochukwu Edwards, Nigerian gospel singer popularly referred to as Frank Edwards, has publicly debunked rumors that he is engaged to the daughter of the General Overseer of Dunamis International Gospel Center (DIGC), Deborah Paul-Enenche.
In an update on his verified Facebook page, the singer announced that they are all rumors and that they should allow Deborah to have her peace.
According to the popular saying, “there is no smoke without fire.” What triggered this rumor of them being engaged comes after Deborah shared an epic photo on Sunday, October 2, with the camera well-focused on the ring on her finger.
Fans and well-wishers quickly assumed that it could be Frank Edwards because of the belief that the two of them were close together, due for marriage, and the fact that Deborah, on August 14, revealed that it would be the last time she would be a bridesmaid.
An old picture of Frank and Deborah during a program at Dunamis quickly resurfaced online as the followers seemed to be having fun with the trending rumor.
Frank, jokingly reacting to this, noted that “it’s not only engagement.”
