The Champions League quarter-final and semi-final draws took place on Friday as the top teams left in the competition discovered their next opponents.
The drama is sure to reach greater levels after some mixed round of 16 ties, with few of those games providing the chaos fans of Europe's elite club competition have become so accustomed to.
Champions Real Madrid remain the team to beat after they saw off Liverpool but Manchester City, Napoli and Bayern Munich among others have designs on lifting the trophy in the final in Turkey.
Here's how the draw panned out.
Confirmed UCL quarter final and semi final draws
The first tie drawn on Friday is a repeat of a quarter final from last year's competition. Chelsea, who saw off Borussia Dortmund to reach the last eight, will face current European champions Real Madrid, who beat English opposition Liverpool last time out.
Inter, who are firmly behind Napoli in the Serie A title race, have been given a tie with Portuguese side Benfica, who impressed in the group stage before dismantling Belgian outfit Club Brugge.
There was no easy draw for Manchester City, who will take on perennial Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich for a spot in the last four.
The last tie is an all-Italian clash between AC Milan and Napoli.
