Kim Kardashian and Bianca Censori put on a united front as they watched a Kanye West concert, but it seems the pair won't become best friends.
The two women were spotted in San Francisco for the rapper's Vultures listening party where he performed with his daughter North West, who he shares with his ex-wife Kim. It was the first time Kim and Bianca had been seen out in public together.
They seemed to be having a good time as they nodded along to the music. Bianca was filmed singing along while Kim recorded some of the concert on her phone. Despite their united front, relationship expert Louella Alderson believes it's "unlikely that they would ever be really close friends" due to their different relationships with Kanye.
Kim had a rocky romance with the rapper and he has slammed her family publicly since their split. Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, Louella said: "Based on their public appearances together, it seems like Kim Kardashian and Bianca Censori have an amicable relationship. It's unlikely that they would ever be really close friends, given the circumstances of their connection through Kanye West."
However, she said they do seem "to have mutual respect for each other" as they both play important roles in Kim and Kanye's kids' lives. Kim and Kanye share four children together - North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.
Louella continued: "It's possible that Kim and Bianca's relationship may have started off more strained or uncomfortable, given that Bianca and Kanye's marriage was so sudden after Kim and Kanye's divorce. It could've been difficult for Kim and the kids to accept someone so permanent into their lives so quickly."
Now Kanye and Bianca have been married for more than a year, Louella believes Kim will have realised the model isn't going anywhere. The expert added: "It's in everyone's best interest to get along for the sake of the children."
She also suggested Kim would benefit from a cordial relationship with Bianca. Louella explained: "It could make it easier for her to communicate and work together with him on parenting decisions if there's no animosity or tension between her and Bianca."
While Louella doesn't believe Kim and Bianca will become close, she said it is good to see them together. "It's encouraging to see Kim supporting Kanye West at his concert alongside Bianca," she told us.
Louella continued: "It may help create a harmonious co-parenting dynamic and it indicates that they put their children's needs first. It sets a good example for their kids as they can see that after a divorce, families can still come together and support each other."
