Fans of pretty actress Emelia Brobbey may have noticed her new look and wondering what she is up to but the Anibre Nye actress says she just wanted a new look.

Emelia currently sports a low crop hair-do and pictures of her new look have gone viral. She told Showbiz yesterday that she just felt like changing her looks.

According to Emelia, she has had positive feedback on her new look and she is really excited about it.

“The last time I had natural hair and such low crop was in secondary school and that is over 20 years ago so I decided to go back and it worked,” she said.

Well, that is not the only new thing going for the actress. She is set to release her latest movie, Adanfo Bone which features herself, Nana Ama McBrown, Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin and a host of others.

The movie will be premiered at the Eusbett Cinema in Sunyani, Brong Ahafo region on Friday April 28 and Saturday April 29. There will be two shows at 7pm and 9pm each day.

“It is the first time my Start Media will premiere a Twi movie in Sunyani and we are very excited about it and looking forward to it. The movie, Adanfo Bone was shot and produced in Sunyani so I believe it is a good thing going back there to opening,” an elated Emelia said.

Throwing more light on the movie, Emelia said she plays the role of a wife who finds out that one of her friends is having an affair with her husband while Nana Ama McBrown plays the role of a medical doctor who thinks she can have full control on any man who comes her way because of her career. Lilwin plays the role of a politician.

“Adanfo Bone has various themes which are interrelated, it is about family and it is also about young people who want to get married.

“It teaches us to be careful with people we call friends and the kind of influence they can have on us. I must admit that it is a very interesting movie and everyone should look out for it, “she said.

I Chopped Nayas Only Once : Ernest Opoku

Ernest Opoku, gospel singer after months of silence has narrated his side of the fight with actress Nana Yaa known in showbiz as Nayas.

Ernest Opoku during an interview with Fiifi Praat on Kingdom Plus FM has explained how his relationship with the actress started.

According to him, he met Nayas through his manager whom he named Ray, and used to work with Multimedia.

He went on to say that Nayas from day one has been throwing herself on him but since he wasn’t that kind of person, he failed to notice that she was up to something.

On how he ended up sleeping with her, he revealed that he was on his way to Rev. Abbeam Danso’s church for a performance when his car refused to start and it was at that instant that Nayas called him on phone.

He explained his situation to her and she volunteered to come and pick him at the venue after the program, Nayas was supposed to take him home but told him that where she stays was risky and can’t go home alone.

According to the bhim native boss said he sees ‘Aisha’ as a big sister who he has zero control over, hence her views on issues relating to him as stonebwoy can’t be entirely guaranteed as factual.

The “Putuu” hitmaker also added that every account Aisha gave with respect to his saga with Sarkodie a couple of months ago was the gospel truth because she was there and saw everything that happened.
