Tottenham star player, Christian Eriksen has taken to Twitter to dismiss reports on social media that claimed Belgian defender and Tottenham teammate Jan Vetonghen had a relationship with his wife, Sabrina Kvist.

According to the reports, the Tottenham dressing room was suffering from internal disagreements caused by the whirlwind romance between Vetonghen and Eriksen’s partner Sabrina which led to a dressing room bust-up with Tottenham/England captain Harry Kane- but following Tottenham’s humiliating 2-1 loss to Bayern Munich in Tuesday’s Champions League tie, Eriksen has now publicly brushed off the rumors.

The Tweet from Twitter User @CasualMind_ read: ‘Jan Vertonghen caught sleeping with Christian Eriksen wife. Harry Kane got involved big dressing room bust-up.’

‘Club refusing to offer Vertonghen a new contract. Eriksen was due to join Real Madrid but personal reasons stopped the deal. Half the players not taking (talking) to each other, Eriksen said he’s not in a good place to play football.’ Pochettino unable to resolve the situation, likely to join Real Madrid in the summer and take Eriksen with him and possibly Kane.’

Eriksen replied to the tweets with ‘#bulls***’ and a sleeping face emoji. His teammate Vertonghen then replied to Eriksen’s tweet with a series of emojis.

Eriksen has been with Sabrina since 2012 and have a child together.
