Blogger Fired After Humiliation From Nana Aba, Serwaa Amihere And Bridget Otoo On TV

Published

The blogger who received the humiliation of his life on TV following his audition for the Next TV Star which ended on a rather sad note has been relieved of his duties.

It emerged Sunday that Journalist Albert, known popularly as Bongo Ideas on social media, had abused Nana Aba Anamoah, Serwaa Amihere and Bridget Otoo and a host of others, including actress Lydia Forson on Twitter with hateful comments.

However, he had the balls to show up at the auditions which had Nana Aba Anamoah, Serwaa Amihere and Bridget Otoo as judges screening potential contestants for the reality show.

In a video posted on Nana Aba’s social media pages, the gentleman was questioned about his activities on the internet but he swallowed the humble and couldn’t even utter words when he came face-to-face with all three of the TV personalities.

He was subsequently chastised, bullied and chased out of the premises like a thief, according to his own narration of what ensued off camera.

Barely 24 hours after videos of the audition went viral, he has been sack from his duty as a writer at GHBase.com.

In a statement on Facebook, CEO of the blog, Chris Handler, said the decision to relieve Journalist Albert of his duty is not because of his issue with Nana Aba Anamoah and the other ladies.

According to him, it had to do with the writer’s underperformance and messages he had sent to content creator and Youtuber, Kwadwo Sheldon weeks ago seeking a job opportunity in his digital content company, House of Content.

Popular Ghanaian Hiplife/Trap superstar, Mohammed Ismail Sherif, often known as Black Sherif, may be feeling pressured by the celebrity lifestyle because one cannot live according to his own will longer but by the will of others, as he laments that he wishes his life was his.

One of the drawbacks of being a public figure is that people get to tell you how you should conduct your life. Fans on social media will always be harshly critical of famous personalities if they fail to achieve their expectations.

Well, Black Sherif, who exploded into the scene and is now regarded as one of Ghana’s top young acts, has regretted the fact that his previous life used to be his best because it became a routine for him to avoid severe criticism from the public.

According to him, he felt safe being himself and the people around him, but he thinks that his new lifestyle will allow him to rediscover himself.

This comes after the musician was supposed to have walked out of school and enrolled in a different institution because he thought he was being left behind.

He wrote;

“I Like It More When My Life Was Mine. When I Used To Enjoy Living In Fear Because It Became My Routine. When I Felt Safe Being Real. Hopefully, I Sail Through These All To Meet A New Me. Good Luck Kwaku, Keep Going”.

Cristiano Ronaldo ‘To Face A 25 Per Cent Pay Cut Next Season Should Man Utd Fail To Qualify For The Champions League

Published

Cristiano Ronaldo will have his £385,000 a week salary docked by 25 percent next season should Manchester United fail to qualify for the Champions League, according to reports.

The Portuguese striker returned to Old Trafford this summer in a £20million transfer from Juventus, but both he and the club are struggling for form with United currently sitting in seventh place.

The Ralf Rangnick’s squad are two points behind fourth-placed West Ham with a game in hand as they battle for Champions League football.

And according to The Athletic, Ronaldo will see his salary docked if the club cannot breach the gap to fourth-place between now and the end of May.

That would mean Ronaldo’s £385,000 a week wage will be slashed below the £300,000 mark to £288,000 a week – which would be the lowest wage salary the 36-year-old has earned.

Sportsmail revealed last year that Ronaldo accepted a significant drop from the £500,000 a week package he had at Juventus in order to complete his Old Trafford return.

Despite that drop in wage, Ronaldo is still the highest-earning star in Rangnick’s squad, with United goalkeeper David de Gea next on the list on a reported £375,000 a week.

Ronaldo has scored 14 goals in 23 matches since making the move back to United last summer, but only eight of them have come in the Premier League.
