Ciara Opens Up About Breakup With Future

American singer Ciara has opened up on her breakup with rapper Future in 2014. She made this known in an interview on the Red Table Talk show hosted by Jada Pinkett-Smith.

Though the RnB star didn’t mention the name of the rapper in question, she, however, disclosed that a moment came when she realized it was time to move on.
“I remember one time I was working out on the elliptical machine and I was just not sure about do I stay or what direction do I go? What’s the right thing to do? It’s easy to do this, but is the easy thing the right thing?” Ciara said.

She also revealed her attempts at getting over the breakup by taking their son on long trips.

“..And I think if you sit in situations that are unhealthy or you let them linger too long you start to lose yourself. I don’t like crying all the time. I don’t like being sad. So I’m like, ‘how do I get out of this? Because I like being happy.’” she added

The singer went on to shower praises on her husband Wilson for accepting and loving her the way she is.

Revered Peace FM’s flagship political programme, Kokrokoo, Kwami Sefa Kayi popular known as Chairman general is allegedly angry with the management of despite media.

A report by Ghanaxtra says the broadcast journalist is unhappy with the management’s decision to eat the humble pie by writing to the National Democratic Congress(NDC).

Sefa Kayi who forcefully opposed the decision by the management when it was brought to his attention feels betrayed by the decision and has openly expressed the same to management.

This comes shortly after the management of Accra-based Peace FM the biggest opposition party, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to let sleeping dogs lie and return to the station’s morning show, Kokrokoo hosted by Kwami Sefa Kayi.

The statement, signed by the MD of Peace FM, Fadda Dickson, and dated Wednesday, 23 September 2020, said: “The management of Peace FM, the mother station of Despite Media, wishes to state that we are not at loggerheads with the NDC”.

“Since the inception of Peace FM on May 25, 1999, we have had a mutually beneficial relationship with all political parties, including the NDC”.

“However, in recent times, there has been a misunderstanding between us and the NDC in relation to the panelling of the discussion segment of the Kokrokoo show”.

“The management of Despite Media, acknowledges responsibility for whatever misunderstanding that has arisen between us and the NDC in recent times”.

“We, therefore, urge the NDC to let sleeping dogs lie and allow harmony to reign and return to the Kokrokoo show”.

“As agents and stakeholders of development, we may agree to disagree, all for the sake of Ghana, our motherland”, the statement addressed to NDC General Secretary Johnson Asiedu Nketia said.
