I Was Expecting A BET Awards Nomination : Pataapa Dreams Big

Singer cum rapper Patapaa has admitted he was looking forward to see his name in the 2018 BET nomination list.

According to Patapaa, he was expecting to be part of the Best International Act for Africa but unfortunately he wasn’t aware of the processes involved hence the reason he failed to make the nomination list.

Patapaa Speaking in an interview, he said; I thought it was all about having a worldwide hit, thus, expecting to see his name because he was the world’s toast when he released his ‘One Corner’ song.

“I was expecting my name in the 2018 BET nomination list but is unfortunate I didn’t know what the process was. I thought it was all about having a world wide hit, Pataapa ignorantly disclosed.

Patapaa however added that, he thought he had automatically proved beyond doubt for a BET nomination because of his hit song which was featured on a lot of chats in Africa

“I think there is a personal connection with organizers both here in Ghana and outside so I will work on that” Patapaa concluded.

In a tweet, Eazzy Reveals although Lynx Entertainment has painted her black, Richie did invite her to party with the crew, play basketball ball with them as well been in the studios with them.

I Wasn’t Transferred To KOD By Lynx : Eazzy Dismisses Claims

Mrs Alberta Mensah, the mother of Richie Mensah, CEO of Lynx Entertainment was in an interview with MzGee via JoyNews has she revealed she was hurt when she heard Eazzy was leaving Lynx.

According to her, Eazzy was officially handed over to Kofi Okyere Darko (KOD) in 2012, but in a tweet to Clarify all these claims, Eazzy revealed to the nation in a tweet saying it was false.

In the tweet she stated; she wasn’t transferred to KOD but Lynx went behind her back to release a statement without her concern after she had opened to Richie whereby Abraham Ohene Djan suggested KOD should manage Eazzy.

From the time Ghanaian female signer Eazzy left Lynx Entertainment, we all thought she had gone against the rules of the record label or had been ungrateful to her formal boss Richie Mensah.

But according to Richie’s mum Alberta Mensah in an interview with MzGee via JoyNews she claimed her son[Richie Mensah] sold his car and used it to shoot a video for Eazzy which was her major hit song “Go Go Wind and after that Eazzy came back telling him she is leaving the record label.

She also added; Eazzy came for a party once and she told her that she broke her heart and she said she was sorry but She wanted to go for Big Brother [Africa].”

But in a tweet; the Power hitmaker has come out clean to reveal what happened she said she never left cause of BBA but she left cause Her career was on a halt for One year.
