Ace American rapper cum actor, O’Shea Jackson Sr., well known as Ice Cube has allegedly walked away from the forthcoming comedy movie titled “Oh Hell No” after being required to take a COVID-19 vaccination, reportedly costing him $9 million.

The producers of the movie, according to The Hollywood Reporter, demanded that the actors and staff be vaccinated before production. According to the report, Ice Cube turned down the offer and quit the film, prompting Sony to find an alternative.

As a reminder, Ice Cube has advocated for the use of face masks to limit the spread of the coronavirus, even sending 2,000 masks to an Oklahoma college. Ice Cube, on the other hand, has remained silent on the allegation that he is resistant to vaccines.

In other news, Shatta Wale has directed his fans to clap for the Inspector General of Police, Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, and the Ghana Police Service for cautioning prophets in Ghana about fake prophecies.

A supposed ‘fake’ doom prophecy made by the leader of the NewLife Kingdom Chapel International, Stephen Kwasi Appiah, well known as Jesus Ahuofe pushed Shatta Wale into faking a gun attack on himself which got both him and the man of God behind bars.

The Ghana Police Service convened a conference with religious and faith-based organizations following Shatta Wale’s detention to discuss doom prophesies.

During the meeting, the Police service cautioned religious leaders, saying that any false prophecy made without any probable evidence to back the prophecy will be taken as a false publication that goes contrary to the constitution, and as such, they will be dealt with in accordance to the law.

Popular Ghanaian Hiplife/Trap superstar, Mohammed Ismail Sherif, often known as Black Sherif, may be feeling pressured by the celebrity lifestyle because one cannot live according to his own will longer but by the will of others, as he laments that he wishes his life was his.

One of the drawbacks of being a public figure is that people get to tell you how you should conduct your life. Fans on social media will always be harshly critical of famous personalities if they fail to achieve their expectations.

Well, Black Sherif, who exploded into the scene and is now regarded as one of Ghana’s top young acts, has regretted the fact that his previous life used to be his best because it became a routine for him to avoid severe criticism from the public.

According to him, he felt safe being himself and the people around him, but he thinks that his new lifestyle will allow him to rediscover himself.

This comes after the musician was supposed to have walked out of school and enrolled in a different institution because he thought he was being left behind.

He wrote;

“I Like It More When My Life Was Mine. When I Used To Enjoy Living In Fear Because It Became My Routine. When I Felt Safe Being Real. Hopefully, I Sail Through These All To Meet A New Me. Good Luck Kwaku, Keep Going”.

Cristiano Ronaldo ‘To Face A 25 Per Cent Pay Cut Next Season Should Man Utd Fail To Qualify For The Champions League

Published

Cristiano Ronaldo will have his £385,000 a week salary docked by 25 percent next season should Manchester United fail to qualify for the Champions League, according to reports.

The Portuguese striker returned to Old Trafford this summer in a £20million transfer from Juventus, but both he and the club are struggling for form with United currently sitting in seventh place.

The Ralf Rangnick’s squad are two points behind fourth-placed West Ham with a game in hand as they battle for Champions League football.

And according to The Athletic, Ronaldo will see his salary docked if the club cannot breach the gap to fourth-place between now and the end of May.

That would mean Ronaldo’s £385,000 a week wage will be slashed below the £300,000 mark to £288,000 a week – which would be the lowest wage salary the 36-year-old has earned.

Sportsmail revealed last year that Ronaldo accepted a significant drop from the £500,000 a week package he had at Juventus in order to complete his Old Trafford return.

Despite that drop in wage, Ronaldo is still the highest-earning star in Rangnick’s squad, with United goalkeeper David de Gea next on the list on a reported £375,000 a week.

Ronaldo has scored 14 goals in 23 matches since making the move back to United last summer, but only eight of them have come in the Premier League.
