I’m Still Relevant : Ex-Doe

Hiplife artist, Ex-Doe has insisted that he is still relevant in the music industry.

The Ewe native rapper rose to fame in the late 90s but in recent years he’s been silence in the music scene.

A section of Ghanaians say the ‘Yebre’ hit singer is now irrelevant and is struggling to get a hit song.

But interacting with First Lady on Time With The Stars on Browngh TV, monitored by us, he said he always laughs at those claims by his critics.

“I’m around…when you look at me I’m fresh than some of the new crop of artiste. A careful look at me signals that I should be relevant and the new artistes irrelevant,” he said in the Twi dialect.

Ex-Doe stated that Ghanaians tag people as ‘irrelevant’ when they are threat to them and nothing else.

“Irrelevant is a term Ghanaians often use just to kill talents and it’s really bad when they see you’re a threat [to their career] they use that phrase on you” he stressed.

Christened Richard Kwasi Siaw churned out songs that are still sung to as at today amid profound nostalgia and an unending sing. Some include ‘Daavi’ , ‘Maba’ , ‘Comfort’ , ‘Mada Kuku’ , among others.

He urged Ghanaians to cherish the old and embrace the new artistes because definitely the new would be old one day.

The interview couldn’t have ended without sparking any controversy. Ex-Doe expressed his displeasure about the quality of songs release by current artistes.

According to him, the new school musicians are not doing anything exceptional and that their songs last for only 3 months but old songs are still enjoyed by music enthusiasts.

“Songs by current artistes fade out after just three months. But songs by the old crop of artistes are still enjoyed by Ghanaians when played. I am still eating and chopping from my 20 years ago music” he indicated.

Fella Makafui Gives Birth To A Baby Girl

Medikal recently confirmed Fella Makafui’s pregnancy rumors in his music video; Odo featuring King Promise, with Fella beautifully showcasing her baby bump.

According to information gathered by KUBILIVE, Fella Makafui gave birth to a baby girl last month.

The music video, therefore, is not revealing the current status of Mrs. Precious Fella Frimpong that she is pregnant at the moment rather it is believed that the video was shot months ago and it was released today.

Medikal and his wife have somewhat shocked his fans still for being able to keep such a huge thing like that a secret for that long.

The couple must have had a good reason to keep the pregnancy and the baby from the public eye.

Nevertheless, many people have shown how happy and excited they are to receive the good news, with the likes of Dope Nation, Sista Afia, and other celebrities. A big congratulation to Medikal and Fella Makafui!
