Kwaku Manu, Ghanaian comedian, actor, and Youtuber has exclusively disclosed how some of his colleagues and producers in the film industry attempted to ruin his career and that of Agya Koo’s during an interview on Happy FM.

According to Kwaku Manu, the progress of his career made some movie producers very jealous of him hence decided to sabotage and sideline him for movie roles so that he won’t have much power in the industry.

Speaking on why Agya Koo doesn’t cast in movies anymore although he was once the honcho of the industry.

He explained that some industry players plotted and planned to take Agya Koo out of the limelight because of how quickly he had made money from acting.

Kwaku Manu who has worked on different sets with Agya Koo also slammed other actors who spew dreadful lies about the legendary actor during interviews.

He argued that if anyone was in the right position to badmouth Agya Koo, it should have been him because worked with him for a long time and they even had issues at some point which a lot of Ghanaians were aware of but he didn’t launch a smear campaign against him.

He said;

“People especially Ghanaians hate the truth and personally I get irritated and do not like people who always lie about others and try to destroy them because of their progress. I see the person as a devil because I do not understand why anyone will do that.”

“So at some point in time, people were no longer using Agya Koo to act movies because instead of making gains they kept on making loses so they stopped using him.”

Popular Ghanaian Hiplife/Trap superstar, Mohammed Ismail Sherif, often known as Black Sherif, may be feeling pressured by the celebrity lifestyle because one cannot live according to his own will longer but by the will of others, as he laments that he wishes his life was his.

One of the drawbacks of being a public figure is that people get to tell you how you should conduct your life. Fans on social media will always be harshly critical of famous personalities if they fail to achieve their expectations.

Well, Black Sherif, who exploded into the scene and is now regarded as one of Ghana’s top young acts, has regretted the fact that his previous life used to be his best because it became a routine for him to avoid severe criticism from the public.

According to him, he felt safe being himself and the people around him, but he thinks that his new lifestyle will allow him to rediscover himself.

This comes after the musician was supposed to have walked out of school and enrolled in a different institution because he thought he was being left behind.

He wrote;

“I Like It More When My Life Was Mine. When I Used To Enjoy Living In Fear Because It Became My Routine. When I Felt Safe Being Real. Hopefully, I Sail Through These All To Meet A New Me. Good Luck Kwaku, Keep Going”.

Cristiano Ronaldo ‘To Face A 25 Per Cent Pay Cut Next Season Should Man Utd Fail To Qualify For The Champions League

Published

Cristiano Ronaldo will have his £385,000 a week salary docked by 25 percent next season should Manchester United fail to qualify for the Champions League, according to reports.

The Portuguese striker returned to Old Trafford this summer in a £20million transfer from Juventus, but both he and the club are struggling for form with United currently sitting in seventh place.

The Ralf Rangnick’s squad are two points behind fourth-placed West Ham with a game in hand as they battle for Champions League football.

And according to The Athletic, Ronaldo will see his salary docked if the club cannot breach the gap to fourth-place between now and the end of May.

That would mean Ronaldo’s £385,000 a week wage will be slashed below the £300,000 mark to £288,000 a week – which would be the lowest wage salary the 36-year-old has earned.

Sportsmail revealed last year that Ronaldo accepted a significant drop from the £500,000 a week package he had at Juventus in order to complete his Old Trafford return.

Despite that drop in wage, Ronaldo is still the highest-earning star in Rangnick’s squad, with United goalkeeper David de Gea next on the list on a reported £375,000 a week.

Ronaldo has scored 14 goals in 23 matches since making the move back to United last summer, but only eight of them have come in the Premier League.
