Meet The Guy Who Wrote Ebony’s Poison Hit

Ahkan of Ruff and Smooth fame who was like an engine to the group has been revealed as the guy who wrote the late Ebony’s limelight hit — Poison. According to him he hasn’t received his share of royalties for his contribution towards Ebony’s Hits Song “Poison”.

Speaking on Rhythz Live on GhOne TV, Ahkan noted that he has not received even a penny for writing the song.

Ahkan has not relaxed on his efforts in giving his fans hit songs and music to keep the memory and legacy of the Ruff and Smooth alive. He has released a couple of tracks including ‘Obama Dance’ which features Medikal.

He discloses a new project with AY Poyoo, Shatta Bandles and Ablekuma Nana Lace that will be dropped any moment and it’s titled ‘Blessings’.

According to the DJ, he has been studying the moves of DopeNation for quite sometime now especially after seeing their first performance together.

Bulldog Reveals How 5-Five Used Juju To Blow In The Music Industry

Entertainment pundit cum artiste manager, Bulldog has disclosed that his former artist known as Papi of 5-five fame used Voodoo(Juju) to blow in Ghana.

He explained that he still doesn’t understand how the music group became hit in Ghana right after Papi returned from Benin.

According to him, he was the one who trained Papi on how to rap and left him on the streets and went back to school but upon his return, he had taken the rapper to a different level.

Speaking on United Showbiz with Nana Ama Macbrown, the artiste manager emphasized that Papi went to Benin for spiritual backing.

He added that he’s ready to prove at the court of law should the relegated artist decide to sue him because he knows what he’s talking about.
