Pornstar who alleged Had An affair with Trump arrested in Ohio

Published

Stephanie Clifford, better known as Stormy Daniels, the adult film actress who said she had an affair with Donald J. Trump before he became president, was arrested at a strip club in Columbus, Ohio, her lawyer said early Thursday.

According to the New York Times, Ms. Clifford, had been scheduled to appear at Sirens Gentlemen’s Club in northeastern Columbus on Wednesday and Thursday, according to the club’s website.

She was arrested for allowing a customer to touch her “in a non sexual manner” while she was on stage, her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, wrote on Twitter. He wrote that she was expected to be charged with a misdemeanor “for allowing ‘touching.’”

A man who answered the phone at Sirens early Thursday morning said, “We have no comment on that.” He declined to provide his name. The Columbus Police Department did not immediately return a phone call.

Since gaining nationwide prominence for her accusation against President Trump — and the $130,000 payment she received to originally keep quiet — Ms. Clifford has drawn crowds at strip clubs across the country, including in Greenville, S.C., Salem, Ore., and Des Moines, Iowa. They were mostly curiosities until her trip to Columbus.

Mr. Avenatti, an outspoken lawyer who has become a sharp critic of Mr. Trump, saw political machinations behind the arrest.

“This was a setup & politically motivated,” Mr. Avenatti wrote. “It reeks of desperation. We will fight all bogus charges.”

In Ohio, it is illegal for an employee who is “nude or seminude” at a sexually oriented business to be touched by a patron or to touch a patron, with the exception of an immediate family member. Depending on what body part is touched, the charge can be a first- or fourth-degree misdemeanor.

The inaugural Customer Choice Awards which will recognize and celebrate businesses and organizations that provide outstanding customer experiences hosted a launch reception on the 14th of September at the African Regent Hotel to officially announce its categories and nominees.

The reception featured a live performance by singer, Raquel and was hosted by award-winning sports journalist Nathaniel “Citizen” Attoh who declared the nominees in each of the 20 categories before an audience of business stakeholders, special guests, select media, and nominees of the awards ceremony including representatives from Zaina Lodge, Accra City Hotel, Puma Energy, GN Bank, Access Bank and Barclays Bank.

The Customer Choice Awards producer, Etornam James Flolu provided details of the award ceremony which will be held in January 2019, prize incentives for voters and introduced the mobile app, Speakupp, a technology platform that will be used to tally votes and encourage consumer participation. The presentation was followed by a networking cocktail on the rooftop terrace.

“At Eltor Consult, we have a guiding principle that the opinion of the customer rules. We launched the Customer Choice Awards to improve customer service delivery in the private and public sector and ultimately give the customer a voice. Our mission is to make more business owners as well as consumers aware of the importance of customer experience on the success and development of our businesses and ultimately the development of our nation,” shared Flolu, the Founder and CEO of Eltor Consult, a customer service training andadvocacy outfit.

The awards categories cut across a wide section of industries that maintain customer experiences from banks to hospitals, telcos, grooming salons, and local eateries. Voting opened after the launch and the public has the opportunity to choose their preferred personality and organization as well as share both positive and negative experiences with the use of the Speakupp App. Voting is possible by USSD, web or mobile app and will end in December and winners will be awarded at a ceremony in January. The Speakupp app may be downloaded on the Google Play store or Apple Store.

To encourage the public to participate in voting and sharing their voices, incentives in the form of weekly prizes and gift certificates to some of the nominated establishments will be given as prizes. High participating voters will ultimately stand a chance to win an educational scholarship or an all-expense paid trip to any African country of choice or Dubai.

Hateful Things Are Being Said To Me : Juliet Ibrahim Cries

Published

on

Juliet Ibrahim

‘Secondary virgin’, Juliet Ibrahim is lamenting about the hateful things being said about her.

Recently she complained when people tagged her as ‘K Legs” others referring to her as a slut, useless, failure an idiot among other unprintable adjectives.

The renowned actress has found a way of giving herself hoping by stating that she is unfazed by these insults and name calling.

She takes solace in the fact “No one can heal themselves by wounding others. Our words must be used to encourage others, not destroy them. We do not know the struggles and hardships others may be experiencing. It is important to always be mindful of the feelings of others. Do not be afraid to be yourself because that is what makes you special. You can achieve anything you set your mind to. This is your life, it is up to you to paint it the way you would like it to be”

In a thought-provoking post, she indicates “The hateful words and messages covering my body have all been said to me. For anyone who has or is experiencing being bullied, I want you to know that you are beautiful no matter what others say to you. No one deserves to feel even for a second that they are worthless in this world. Never give anyone the ability to bring you down or allow you to think you are not good enough. Each and every one of us were placed on this Earth with a purpose”
