Published

on

Blossoming Ghanaian talent Maa Adwoa signed under Clark Ville Music Record has urged his colleague female artistes to respect their talent and refrain from riding on nudity and profanity to be popular.

According to Maa Adwoa who recently dropped her debut single ‘Fine Boy’, nudity and profanity in the music industry does not help most of the artiste to disseminate the right message to the public.

In an interview she said, “some of the up- and- coming female artists want to use nudity and profanity to blow and it’s not really helping, they should value and respect music genuinely. Most of them are not known for their talent but rather something that is far from music”

Maa Adwoa says her ‘Fine Boy’ was inspired by her last breakup, “well I had my inspiration from my last break up when I could easily relate to a chorus my producer made, so i poured my heart out and made the song.”

She added that Our music industry can’t be compared to other country’s… but it’s getting better… proud to say that most Ghanaian music is being recognized worldwide, so it’s getting better with time… and I’m definitely going be part of the success stories of Ghana music industry”

A lady who identifies herself as Adrienne Nicole has owned up to being the woman in D Black’s leaked tape and she’s speaking about the video got leaked.

In a press statement released by her, she says the video got found its way to the internet after her phone got missing and someone attempted blackmailing her with her explicit content in the phone’s gallery.

“About a week ago I lost my phone. And I posted online that I lost my phone. I didn’t think about anything negative about it then the next minute I started getting threats and somebody asking me for money else they’re gonna post my personal photos and videos on social media” the statement stated.

According to Adrienne who based in the U.S, she has reported the case to cyber crimes and also indicates that she had a relationship with the “Oh Vera” rapper but they are no more.

“I had to report to the police here to take care of it. But I keep getting threats and requests from different social media pages. And when I click to check those pages, they had started posting personal photos and videos of me and my Ghanaian partner (with whom I’ve even broke up with). Apart from reporting to the cyber crimes unit of the police here, I’ve directly contacted the social media platform owners and they have taken down 2 of those parody accounts. But they keep using other pages and channels as well.”

The statement sighted by FameBugs concluded saying that “I’m issuing this statement because I don’t want my private issues circulated out there, neither do I want same for my ex. It’s not intentional for it to happen so I need to publicly issue this statement to let the world know while I engage the right channels to do the needful”.
