The love is huge and they share it no matter where they find themselves. I mean the love among Tema artists is just amazing.

Just like he has done on several occasions in Ghana, one of Ghana’s most decorated musicians, Michael Owusu Addo also known as Sarkodie pulled a huge surprise on Afrobeats artists R2Bees and the many fans who thronged The Indigo at the O2 for the Afrobeats Music Festival held on Saturday July 30 2016.

It was a warm night in London which encouraged the early arrival of festival goers, as they lined up outside the venue when the  doors opened at 7pm.

The night kicked off with lots of African dance by Tboyz, Precious, Uncle TC andBoga UK and incredible mix of music by DJ Billi.

The roster of artists that graced the stage in a compressed and well managed 3 hours production was nothing short of impressive. The concert kicked of big with rising star K Pozzy, who brought on the famous UK Rapper Ms Banks and Lucy Monet during his set. The event quickly followed on with great vocal performances from Double A, Ray and UK’s best Moelogo who sang tracks his latest EP Ireti.

The night delivered more exciting performances by K.Weezy, Mista Silva, Jaij Hollands and Atumpan who reminded the audience of his 2012 hit single ‘The Ting’ then followed by the final and only female artist billed, the beautiful and talented May7ven who showed the audience why she still wears the crown of the queen in a short but perfected choreographed dance, acrobatic display and a breath taking performance of her new single Better Dayz & Werk.

Music maestros, The Compozers brought the house down with their 10-minute mega mix to introduce the stars of the night Mugeez and Paedae of R2bees; both emerging in all black ensemble and self-assured vigour, R2bees thrilled fans throughout their 1 hour energetic, charismatic and incredible set comprising of their great catalogue of hits including Slow Down, Lobe, Gboza, Makoma, Kiss Your Hand, Walahi (Life)’ plus many more.

With the audience already captivated by the duo, the additional elements of unexpected surprises and performances took it to another level as Sarkodie who had been in the UK for a while shooting music videos and working on other music related projects joined the group to perform a number of songs on the night.

With surprise written all over the faces of the fans as he joined, Sarkodie delivered exceptionally on the night leaving the rest of the show as expected for headliners R2Bees which is made up of Omar Sterling (Paedae) and Mugeez.

Sarkodie during Shatta Wale’s album launch in Ghana also pulled a huge surprise on him as he joined him to perform hit songs including M3gye Wo Girl.

Roseline Okoro Marries In A Beautiful Ceremony | WATCH

Roseline Okoro who is the younger sister of Ghanaian actress Yvonne Okoro has gotten married in a beautiful ceremony.

The happy sister tied the knot on 10th April,2021 and opted for a Nigerian themed ceremony.

In videos sighted by GHPage.com,Roseline Okoro, a contestant of the Miss Ghana pageant in 2012 was all beamed with smiles on what could be described as the happiest day in her life.

Roseline dressed like a Nigerian Igbo princess, saw her sister, Yvonne also donned in a beautiful ‘gele’ dress offering cheers and support to her sister throughout the ceremony.

Other scenes in the video saw the cheerful Roseline, flanked by her bridesmaids, dancing to ‘my body’ from Mayorkun featuring Davido of Davido and No dulling from Keche.

Roseline Okoro cemented her marriage by presenting a drink to the groom which is common practice with Nigerian marriage ceremonies.

Roseline Okoro moved from being a contestant of the Miss Ghana pageant in 2012 into the medical profession.

In 2020,she has graduated from medical school earning her place as a professional medical doctor.
