Shatta Wale Discusses Partnership With The Italian Embassy | PHOTOS
Ghanaian dancehall king Shatta Wale, and his team on Monday 13th August 2018 paid a courtesy call on the Deputy Ambassador of the Embassy of Italy in Ghana, H.E Lorenzo Pinelli at the Embassy of Italy in Accra.
The musician who has been engaging with the relevant stakeholders to drive his youth empowerment initiative was at the embassy to have an insight into the operations of the embassy and also discuss possible areas of partnership with the embassy.
During the meeting, Shatta Wale expressed his desire to work with the embassy and its partners to address pertinent issues affecting both countries and also work on programmes to help strengthen and build the Ghanaian creative arts industry. He further highlighted his planned youth empowerment project aimed at building the capability of the youth to make them self-sufficient.
On his part, Mr Pinelli expressed his appreciation to Shatta Wale and his team for the visit and indicated the readiness of the embassy to collaborate with Shatta Wale at all times to pursue any project of mutual interest.
Italy and Ghana maintain excellent bilateral relations, consolidated by recent political missions at the highest levels.
