Published

Whatsapp

WhatsApp is rolling out a new update with version number 2.19.20 for iOS which brings new features such as call waiting, redesigned chat screen, and more. On the other hand, the beta version for Android (v2.19.348) adds Snapchat-esque disappearing (self-destructing) messages.

Talking about the update for iOS, WhatsApp adds a new call waiting feature to the app similar to what we have for normal calls on phones. Which means when a user is on a call, they will receive a notification if they receive another call.

Tapping on the notification, the user can either reject or attend the new incoming call like on cellular calls. Additionally, the chat screen has been now redesigned to enable users to quickly scan through the messages without any hassle. Also, WhatsApp has added direct input from Braille keyboard while using the iPhone in VoiceOver mode.

The latest WhatsApp stable update for iOS also brings a new privacy feature which allows users to control who can add them to groups. This functionality can be accessed from Settings -> Account -> Privacy -> Groups. Users can also opt for private invites for groups from admins if they don’t want to get added to unnecessary group chats.

Clad in a striking gold and silver gown, Tunzi answered: “leadership.”

“It’s something that has been lacking in young girls and women for a very long time… because of what society has labeled women to be,” she said.

“I think we are the most powerful beings in the world, and that we should be given every opportunity, and that is what we should be teaching these young girls, to take up space,” Tunzi continued.

“Nothing is as important as taking up space in society and cementing yourself.”

She also explained why she was the right choice to be crowned while speaking on social issues.

“I grew up in a world where a woman who looks like me — with my kind of skin and my kind of hair — was never considered to be beautiful,” she said in her last response. “I think it is time that that stops today. I want children to look at me and see my face and I want them to see their faces reflected in mine.”

The three-hour show was hosted by award-winning comedian, Steve Harvey alongside actress and former beauty queen Vanessa Lachey.

New Study Shows Crying Between 7Pm And 10Pm Can Make You Lose Weight

Crying

This may come as a piece of good news to many as well as a shock to people on the other side.

According to a report sighted on AsiaOne indicates that there’s an enormous benefit in shedding tears which are backed BH scientific evidence.

The new study has it that emotional crying will help you lose weight because it is linked to hormones that heighten the cortisol level, which is induced when you have bottled up emotions.

As a matter of fact, a biochemist named William Frey even found out that stress-induced tears remove many kinds of toxic substances from the body, and thus concluded that weeping is an excretory process that removes such substances that can build up during times of emotional stress.

In response to this, our body can’t possibly store more fat since you’ve already released the stressful hormones through crying.

However, the study added that tears that were triggered by real emotions will only take effect with this benefit. Scientists also advised shedding your tears from 7 to 10 PM because it’s the best time when you can cry over sad movies or your broken relationships.

So clearly crying has some benefits which we can surely add to our routine to maintain a healthy body.

It sounds funny that you’ll get up one day and decide to cry just because it helps in reducing weight when there are other alternatives but at least with this new information, there’s no need to bottle up teary emotions, just let it out.
